Attains the Target of One Million Accident-Free M/H in the CIPREL IV Volet B EPC Project in Côte d'Ivoire

KEPCO E&C CIPREL IV Volet B EPC Project team in Côte d'Ivoire has attained the target of one million accident-free man-hours as of December 10, 2014.
An ceremony to commemorate KEPCO E&C’s achievement and ringing out the old year was held at the worksite on December 31, 2014, with over 700 employees in attendance.
In his speech, Project Director Horiot of CIPREL spoke highly of the high safety consciousness of the KEPCO E&C’s employees, saying, “This meaningful event has demonstrated KEPCO E&C’s sheer capability of carrying out an important project safely and smoothly. Let’s finish the project successfully with no accidents by making concerted efforts to that end.”
KEPCO E&C Project Manager Kang Kwang-hee responded, “We are grateful for CIPREL’s warmhearted support. We are determined to complete the work successfully without a single accident.”
By attaining the precious target of one million accident-free man-hours, KEPCO E&C has been able to publicize its sheer technological achievement and HSE (Health, Safety, and the Envrionment) capability worldwide.
