KEPCO E&C is dedicated to advancing technologies and undertaking projects in the realm of new and renewable energy, alongside clean hydrogen initiatives. This includes carbon-free power generation methods like hydrogen and ammonia co-firing, as well as the production of green and blue hydrogen, aimed at realizing carbon neutrality by 2050 and fostering greater adaptability to climate change.
As a public energy company, we are fostering new businesses in various areas, such as solar power, hydrogen, fuel cells, and WTE, to strengthen business competitiveness and realize our sustainable environmental values. We plan to complete the construction of an offshore wind farm project in order to install a total of 18 wind power generators, the largest capacity in Korea, in the Jeju area in 2024.
Moreover, we are expanding our business domain as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company in the power generation facility field, going beyond the existing engineering services and carrying out equipment purchase and power plant construction based on our experience in successfully executing large-scale projects.
