Strengthening the community safety net to eliminate welfare blind spots
KEPCO E&C provides specific sponsorship for vulnerable groups in order to eliminate welfare blind spots. Voluntary activities include the Chamsarang (meaning “true love” in Korean) Volunteer Corps, in which executives and employees participate, small-group voluntary services with employees and their families, and talent-sharing voluntary activities to improve children's rights.

Regional collaborative cooperation for regional development
KEPCO E&C is carrying out social voluntary activities for collaborative cooperation by sponsoring local welfare facilities through the preferred purchase of local products and volunteering at sisterhood villages, to grow together with local communities.

Developing future leading local talent
For college students in science and engineering, KEPCO E&C supports specialized lectures in nuclear energy, thermal power, etc., as well as field trips to nuclear power plants and scholarships to academically excellent students, to encourage their academic achievements and development.
Moreover, we have built a collaborative system with local universities to facilitate ongoing and effective industry-academia cooperation. This includes local human talent development programs, aiming to identify projects for fostering local talents and providing educational support.

KEPCO E&C contributes to the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large&Small Business, Rural Affairs, supports the development of SMEs, and carries out social contributory projects based on cooperative relationships with various external organizations.
