The Enforcement Rules of the Clean Air Conservation Act, amended in 2019, include a new clause that obligates the thermal power plants with outdoor coal storage facilities install indoor coal storage.
Accordingly, KEPCO E&C is carrying out the indoor coal storage project with four power generation companies, and in the case of Taean Units 9 and 10, the project is being carried out as additional work.
