On June 30, KEPCO E&C earned the ISO 37301, an international certification for compliance management systems. 
ISO’s compliance management systems are global guidelines for preventing corporate noncompliance and establishing an effective compliance management system set by the International Organization for Standardization in 2021. 
The certification audit is comprised of two stages of document screening and an onsite audit. The audit covers the overall compliance management system including the enterprise-wide response and the level of risk management set in place. KEPCO E&C has passed both audits, confirming that its compliance management system complies with the latest international standards and that it is implemented effectively.
In addition, on July 20, KEPCO E&C announced the audit results at the Ethical Management Committee attended by all executives and non-standing directors responsible for ethical management, and discussed issues centered on the compliance management system. President & CEO Kim Sung-Arm said, “The certification is the result of our hard work toward legitimate and transparent operation of the company.” He then urged, “All executives should take initiative in setting the example of always complying with laws and principles and safeguarding the integrity of KEPCO E&C.”
