Qualification for Bid | The factors to be considered in selecting the first eligible Bidder include, without limitation, the following: - High level understanding and decommissioning experience of decommissioning the PWRs including the research reactors - High level understanding and experience of the site release and remediation project based on MARSSIM guideline or corresponding guideline (e.g., EURSSEM), and possession of computer code. - Experience of licensing process with the regulatory authority regarding decommissioning of the PWR and the site release/remediation Site release/remediation field including the DCGL evaluation is unfamiliar so far, so it is necessary to obtain the technical experience from specialized company with plentiful technical service and consulting experience. Therefore, it is necessary to have high level of understanding and experience of the decommissioning of PWRs including the site release/remediation with the MARSSIM guideline or corresponding guideline. |
