The Contractor shall provide the following consulting services.

A.2.1  Control System CCF Analysis Technical Report

The Contractor shall provide initial guidance for preparation of the Control System CCF Analysis TeR for APR1400 I&C design, to be prepared by KEPCO E&C, against the up-to-date codes & regulations and the latest NRC positions on the related subject. The Contractor shall provide review and comment on the TeR prepared by KEPCO E&C.

A.2.2  Control System CCF DCD Changes



         The Contractor shall provide initial guidance for preparation of the Control System CCF related

         DCD changes to be prepared by KEPCO E&C. The contractor shall provide review and

         comment on the DCD changes prepared by KEPCO E&C

A.2.3  Control System CCF NRC Meeting Preparation

The Contractor shall provide initial guidance for preparation of the Control System CCF presentation or other material to be prepared by KEPCO E&C for the following NRC meetings:

o PARM May, 2014

o PARM August, 2014

The Contractor shall provide review and comment on the material prepared by KEPCO E&C for NRC meetings, above.

A.2.4  Consultation Review Meeting

The Contractor and KEPCO E&C shall have one review meeting (2 days right before or right after the PARM August, 2014) at Washington DC to review the first draft Control System CCF TeR and Safety System Response Time TeR and the presentation material for the PARM on August, 2014. Contractor shall prepare meeting notes and summary.

A.2.5  Control System CCF and Safety System Response Time Final report

The Contractor shall submit a “Final Report” summarizing the whole services and referencing the consultation activities during the contract period. The final report shall be issued before the end of contract period.

A.2.6  Meetings with NRC

         

         The Contractor shall support KEPCO E&C to have meetings (two PARMs, 1 day per each meeting) with 

         NRC, prepare meeting notes and summary, and provide any required updates to previous guidance for  

         TeRs and DCD changes to incorporate NRC comments after two PARMs .

A.2.7  Safety System Response Time Analysis Technical Report

The Contractor shall provide initial guidance for preparation of the Safety System Response Time Analysis TeR for APR1400 I&C design, to be prepared by KEPCO E&C, against the up-to-date codes & regulations and the latest NRC positions on the related subject. The Contractor shall provide review and comment on the TeR prepared by KEPCO E&C.

A.2.8  Safety System Response Time NRC Meeting Preparation

The Contractor shall provide initial guidance for preparation of the Safety System Response Time presentation or other material to be prepared by KEPCO E&C for the following NRC meetings:

o PARM May 2014

o PARM August, 2014
