The 2022 onboarding training for new employees was conducted at the DB Life Human Resources Development Center from December 21 to 30.

This training directed at 95 new employees who joined on December 21st is held through various courses, such as company introduction, ESG-specific lectures, and special lectures by executives to improve mindset, competency, and motivation.

During a special lecture, President & CEO Kim Sung-Arm said, “We congratulate you all on becoming a member of KEPCO E&C, overcoming fierce competition in a difficult employment market. In the future, we must always stay focused on our mission and fully demonstrate our capabilities in each of our fields to become the future growth engine of the company.”

After completing this onboarding training, new employees will undergo departmental assignment, on-the-job training, and a probationary period before assuming official positions.
