Pledge for Shared Growth with Collaborating Companies to Fulfill Social Values

On September 7th, KEPCO E&C held the “2018 CEO Academy for Shared Growth” in the Main Conference Room on the 10th floor of the Post Tower in Seoul.
With about one hundred employees from collaborating companies, the event was held to raise awareness of shared growth and win-win cooperation as partners through communication with collaborating companies to fulfill social values.
The event included sessions, in the following order, related to the △ importance of anti-corruption integrity and mutual growth, △ operation of the system for collaborating companies, △ guidance on how to check security for collaborating companies, △ introduction on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, report of public interest, and report of corruption, and △ introduction on company management status and strategy.
“KEPCO E&C has been carrying out efforts company-wide to demonstrate integrity and ethics, to lead shared growth. We will continue to demonstrate integrity and ethics, and lead shared growth that can substantially benefit our collaborating companies,” said KEPCO E&C’s internal auditor Lee Dong-geun.
At the breakfast meeting with the representatives of collaborating companies, Business Management Division Head Eom Ho-seop said that KEPCO E&C is well aware of the difficulties facing collaborating companies during these hard times for the power industry. “We will try to continue our growing cooperative relationship through shared growth so that everybody can overcome these hard times together,” he vowed.
KEPCO E&C plans to continue its efforts for substantial shared growth by providing assistance for collaborating companies to participate in job fairs and expand the collaborative cooperation payment system.
