The National Environmental Management Awards
A representative governmental award for environmental management, the National Environmental Management Awards is jointly awarded by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy to promote the establishment of industrial environmental management systems and to revitalize the Green Ocean, in order to respond to the domestic/overseas environmental regulations that are being reinforced in relation to the recent climate changes and energy resource issues.
The Environment Minister’s Award
KEPCO E&C has received the Environment Minister’s Award in the environmental service category of the 2008 National Environmental Management Awards.
