ADVENT Energy Consultants has extensive technical capabilities and specialities in the area of mechanical engineering for nuclear facilities and also has many experiences on the design and project related to the spent nuclear fuel cask, such as development for dry shield canister, horizontal storage module for storage of spent fuel and transfer cask. Also, ADVENT already had performed the consulting services to the KEPCO E&C for the development of OASIS-32D dual purpose cask. OASIS-32D cask, which was developed by KEPCO E&C, is applied as the reference design model of the transfer cask and storage cask on this technology development project. According to the review of technical capabilities and expertise, and previous consulting experience, ADVENT is considered as an appropriate sole sourcing organization to provide successful consulting services for consulting items. |
