KEPCO E&C has been developing channel-specific bundle power and channel power limits for Wolsong 1 NPP. The consultation items to be provided by the contractor are as follows: (1) Preparation of Channel-specific limits at full power for channel powers and for bundle powers (2) Preparation of scaling functions for channel and bundle power limits for reduced power, applied to the channel-specific full power limits (3) The Contractor shall support two technical review meetings. |

| Reason(s) for the Sole Sourcing | The consulting service contract requires the contractor to support KEPCO E&C by proposing channel-specific bundle power and channel power limits for Wolsong 1 NPP. Mr. Baudouin is well-known expert in these field because he has participated in developing the limits for the Canadian nuclear power plants. Therefore, he is a qualified person to provide the required consultation services to KEPCO E&C. |
