| Contract Overview |
The tasks of this technical consulting service is intended to establish the sampling plan including the optimized number of sampling and its locations. The detailed deion for each sub-task is presented below : Task 1 : Research other sampling plans that incorporate the information such as the selection of the locations and the number of samples inside the buildings and/or the site for the preparation of decommissioning of typical nuclear power plants in the US and/or European countries. Task 2 Research internet to identify desktop software for sampling analysis that are used by other NPPs; and if available discuss their experiences Task 3 the case study to determine the locations and the number of examples inside the buildings and/or the site (Sampling Plan). |

| Reason(s) for the Sole Sourcing | It is necessary for the contractor to be very familiar with WH-type PWRs and have various experiences on use and application of MARSSIMM and related computer program. DERADS is the only contractor that can meet the above requirements based on various experiences on the limited budget and schedule as above. |
