The main concerns for this service at the moment are i) possibility for the acquisition of CICPA Pass to enter the Barakah site, ii) meeting quality and HSE requirement, iii) consistency of groundwater monitoring. Geoscience Testing Laboratory (GTL) is one of the local specialty companies for the geotechnical investigation and has many experiences of geotechnical investigation. GTL can get the security pass to access to the site, and already have a qualification documents for quality requirements and HSE activities. In addition, GTL can maintain the consistency with previous groundwater monitoring. Based on the review of technical capability and expertise, GTL is considered as a proper organization to perform this task. |
