The consultation should be based on an understanding of the philosophy and background of the ASME Code requirements The contractor is considered as the only company to be able to provide above mentioned technical consulting service for following reasons. - The contractor has consulted for most of the nuclear utilities in the United States and Canada, as well as in Europe and Asia on ASME Code issues. - The contractor holds the persons who served as chairman or vice chairman of the ASME Sec. III/XI Committee. - The contractor has one of the most complete libraries of ASME Code books with comments on all the changes to the ASME Code from 1952 to the present. |
