| Contract Overview | The purpose of this consultation is to develop the optimizing and reducing loads for iPOWER reactor pressure vessel (RPV) column elimination(II), which will be the basis of our unique and original reactor support design, independent of existing designs of major nuclear vendors. Since the design concept of the iPOWER has not been clarified yet, the consultation will focus on providing general conceptual design considerations. This contract follows the last consultation (I), the conceptual design for RPV column elimination. |

In the field of nuclear reactor design technologies, technical barrier is so high that there is only a few companies worldwide that can provide a quality engineering service that we need for this project. MPR Associates, Inc, is one of the few. They have accumulated vast engineering experiences in engineering services related to operation & maintenance, component replacement for commercial nuclear power plant and experiences in R&D program for ALWR with EPRI and US DOE. They have provided flexible and responsive technology solutions for every U.S. nuclear power plant and more than 150 plants worldwide since 1964. Based on our previous experience working with them and their high quality works, we are sure that the MPR Associates, Inc is only organization that can perform useful consultation for us to develop our unique and original reactor support design independent of existing designs of major nuclear vendors. This contract follows the last consultation (I), the conceptual design for RPV column elimination. |
