The main concerns for this service at the moment are i) possibility for the completion of MSO re-analysis and the issue of revised MSO report according to RCGVS design change on time which means at a point of previous operation license on BNPP project, ii) meeting quality and R.G 1.189 requirement, iii) consistency for the result of pre-MSO analysis. Engineering Planning and Management, Inc (EPM) is one of the specialty companies for the Multiple Spurious Operation (MSO) analysis and has many experiences in USA and CANADA. EPM conducted the multiple spurious operation analysis following the contract period which is from August, 2014 to December, 2016. In addition, EPM can maintain the consistency with previous result of MSO using SAFE code which is developed by EPM on BNPP project. Based on the review of technical capability and expertise, EPM is considered as a proper organization to perform this task. |
