KEPCO E&C received the recongnition of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) in the event of  ‘Community Day 2019' held in Seoul Garden Hotel on December 3, .

The recognition of CSR in the community is implemented by the Ministry of Health and Welfare from the second half of this year.

It is a system that recognizes and encourages social contribution activities of companies and institutions in cooperation with non-profit organizations in the region to help solve community problems.

The awarded companies are entitled to use the particular emblem for an year. And also they are able to have benefits by Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KODIT) and Korean Technology Finance Corporation(KOTEC); such as support for guaranty and insurance, consulting and so on. 

Lee Bea-Soo, President & CEO cited “The contribution for promoting social value by Public institution has grown to prominence. This accomplishment is the result of our perpetual efforts and commitment to local communities."  and "KEPCO E&C is planning to expand its partnerships in various fields of social contribution activities.”
