The primary scope of the technical consulting is to setup the material constitutive model in commercial FE solver LS-DYNS. The setup of the material constitutive model should be carried out based on the analysis model and results of SKN 5&6 aircraft impact assessment which approved by regulatory committee. The analysis for SKN 5&6 aircraft impact assessment was carried out by ANATEC using the in-house FE solver (TERAGRANDE) and material model (ANACAP-U). Most of the information in SKN 5&6 aircraft impact assessment was related to Safeguard Information(SGI) information. Therefore, it should be selected as the consultant that has an experience on SKN 5&6 aircraft impact assessment and use the results of SKN 5&6 aircraft impact assessment. James is SSC who is a former ANATEC member had a lot of experience on aircraft impact analysis using ANACAP-U in TERAGRANDE and participated for aircraft impact analysis in several project on KEPCO E&C such as SKN 5&6, BNPP 1~4, and NRC DC. SSC's experiences on the aircraft impact analysis usin g ANACAP-U in TERAGRANDE are highly desirable to eliminate the uncertainties in the licensing process and ensure the reliability of the material constitutive model. Therefore, Mr. James in SSC, who perform SKN 5&6 aircraft impact assessment, could be the most qualified partner with KEPCO E&C offering consultation sevices for this contract. |
