Contract Title Technical Consultation on Fission Product Model in CINEMA Code Peer Review
Contract Overview - Review the appropriateness of FP behavior models implemented in CINEMA
- Review verification and validation results of FP model in CINEMA
- Review the FP behavior in OPR1000 plant by CINEMA
- Documentation of the results

Expected Completion Date Until October 31, 2022 from the Execution Date of the Contract
Reason(s) for the Sole Sourcing A detailed technical review of the physical model of the severe accident analysis code, CINEMA is required to confirm the reliability
and appropriateness of the code for severe accident evaluation. In order to derive reliable consulting results, requirments to conduct
the consultation are as below.
- More than 20 years of experiences of severe accident analysis and with experience of international research project
- At least 10 research achievements on severe accident analysis and analytical modeling
- No conflict of interest in connection with CINEMA and/or the existing severe accident analysis codes such as MAAP, MELCOR, etc.

Dr. Sevostian V. Bechta is the only one person who satisfies above requirements.
