A detailed technical review of the physical model of the severe accident analysis code, CINEMA is required to confirm the reliability and appropriateness of the code for severe accident evaluation. In order to derive reliable consulting results, requirments to conduct the consultation are as below. - More than 20 years of experiences of severe accident analysis and with experience of international research project - At least 10 research achievements on severe accident analysis and analytical modeling - No conflict of interest in connection with CINEMA and/or the existing severe accident analysis codes such as MAAP, MELCOR, etc. Dr. Sevostian V. Bechta is the only one person who satisfies above requirements. |
