The Contractor shall provide the following consulting services.
1. Review of the technical report, “LOCA Mass and Energy Release and Containment Analysis Methodology.” Review of the technical report for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, clarity, typographical errors and overall acceptability for NRC approval based on methodology, inputs, assumptions, model, and results. A review comments table will be provided as well as an annotated MS Word version of the report to indicate editing comments and/or proposed technical changes if recommended. 2. Review of the applicable containment models and results for consistency with the report content and adequacy of GOTHIC modelling and inputs. Review of Subsection 6.2.1 of the DCD associated with the containment structure’s P/T analysis for consistency with the containment technical report, regulatory compliance and editorial changes as appropriate. 3. Preparation of Review Report Prepare report to include the comment’s matrix table as well to document the review results. The report will summarize the technical adequacy of the APR1400DC methodology, conservatism, and technical adequacy in comparison to the associated NRC’s requirements and guidelines. 4. Consultation Review Meeting The Contractor and KEPCO E&C shall have one review meeting at contractor's office to review the first draft review report. |
