Task A : Build Preliminary Work Breakdown Structure
1. Structuring and Organizing the preliminary WBS for the new advanced NPP in Korea, compared with with other NPP projects in other country
2. Scope of WBS will cover entire life cycle of the power plant including: planning,design, procurement, construction, startup, operation/maintenance,decomissioning, etc.
3. WBS is suitable for schedule and cost performance tracking using Earned Value Management (EVM).
4. General plan on how to apply the established WBS to Document and Component Numbering Structure
Task B : General Review and Comment on Project Numbering System for NPP in Korea
1. General Review and Comment on Numbering System for NPP in Korea
2. General Considerations to the number of subordinate components with regard to Equipment tag number
Task C : Host Meeting with KEPCO-E&C Engineers
1. Hosting KEPCO E&C for 20 hours of meeting time to develop the Preliminary WBS with the KEPCO-E&C engineers and for 15 hours of meeting time to brief the KEPCO-E&C with and the deliverbales(Task 1 & 2) from this effort.
2. Providing answers to the inquiries from the KEPCO-E&C engineers
Task D : Final report documentation and Consulting Results
1. Preliminary work breakdown Structure(Task 1).
2. A General review and comment on Numbering System(Task 2)
