○            Task 1: Review Industry Recommendations and Data

(1.1)         Explanation of the technical background for differences between EPRI-URD and EUR in analysis method for outdoor design condition

(1.2)         Survey licensing documents to determine the applied frequency levels for  NPPs in USA.

(1.3)         Review of necessity for the consideration of Global Warming Effect and proper temperature increase value, if required.

○            Task 2: Suggested Criteria and Methods of Analysis

(2.1)         Provide suggested criteria for selection of Frequency levels for various areas in an NPP

(2.2)         Make a recommendation regarding analysis method to select outdoor design temperature

(2.3)         Review of maximum relative humidity criteria and basis for areas of general electrical and mechanical equipment

(2.4)         Provide suggested method of analysis to determine minimum relative humidity condition during winter for sizing of humidifiers and electric heating coils in Air Cleaning Units

(2.5)         Contractor will provide a report summarizing the outputs from the activities undertaken in (1.1) to (2.4). This preliminary report will be submitted to KEPCO E&C for review.

○            Task 3: Kick-off meeting

(3.1)         A discussion regarding the details of performing the tasks.
