On February 23, we at KEPCO E&C held the first session of our Happy Company Management Committee, which was launched to empower capable and fresh-minded junior employees to work with the management to envision the grand vision and future of the Company.

It is expected that this committee composed of 12 employees representing the MZ generation will make suggestions containing fresh ideas on our organizational culture and pending issues, ▲ come up with fresh visions for the future, ▲ foster a new organizational culture, and ▲ collect diverse constructive opinions

At the first session, the committee members shared their thoughts and ideas concerning visions and objectives, as well as their suggestions on the right direction of business operations and role of the committee to the CEO.

In his remarks, President Kim Sung-arm said, “Our employees belonging to the MZ generation will play the lead role in developing our corporate culture. I would like them to work with senior management to build the company’s constructive future from diverse perspectives and contribute in their roles based on a smooth communication channel.”
