KEPCO E&C received the follow-up management audit for an international standard information security management system (ISO 27001) certification from the Korea Management Register from December 13 to 15.

The audit of security processes was conducted for each department to confirm whether the company’s information security management system fulfilled audit requirements, laws and regulations, and the ongoing execution targets of each process.

The results of the audit confirmed that KEPCO E&C’s information security management system met the requirements of the latest international standards and is effectively implemented.

KEPCO E&C first introduced its information security management system in 2013 and has since maintained international standard certification through certification audits every three years and follow-up management audit every year.

The certification that KEPCO E&C has successfully implemented its information security management system should enhance the company's internal and external credibility.
