Agreement for cooperation with Influx Korea

On March 3, KEPCO E&C signed a work agreement with Influx Korea to cooperate for a “new & renewable power business in Korea.”

Influx Korea is a Korean unit of Influx Inc. It is the Japan-based asset management and business development company established by Blackrock, the world’s largest asset management company, to develop large solar power and offshore wind farms in Asia.

The main contents of the MOU include information sharing, business development, and joint investment for the new & renewable energy power business in Korea.

Both companies plan to cooperate closely to establish a stepping stone to expand the new & renewable energy, especially the solar and wind power business.

KEPCO E&C plans to concentrate its competency in new & renewable energy business by actively developing and carrying out new & renewable energy projects in Korea and overseas to be in step with the government’s energy conversion policy.
