In accordance with Article 103.1 of KEPCO E&C on the Regulations about contracts, a supplier or a contractor, who is restrained from participating in any bid or tender invited by the government or government-invested institution of the Republic of Korea, will be restrained from participating in any bid for certain periods, either competitive bid or sole source bid, invited by KEPCO E&C.
KEPCO E&C will restrain a supplier or a contractor who is deemed improper to participate in the bidding, including such as :
- who might be detrimental to a fair execution of competition or a proper fulfillment of the contract, or
- who offers a bribe to KEPCO E&C employees in connection with bid, award or entering into or fulfillment of a contract,
from participating in any bid, either competitive bid or sole source bid, invited by KEPCO E&C for a period of more than one month and less than two years in accordance with Article 103 of KEPCO E&C on the Regulations about Contracts.
