KEPCO E&C identifies the necessary competencies and educational needs through the competency diagnosis of all the employees, and reflect it into the education and training plan to offer education program systematically that would fit the needs of the company and the employees. Internal education is divided into in-house education (overall education, detailed professional education, etc.), and external (domestic, and foreign) commissioned education. Incoming Employee Education
For the purpose of developing human resources who is equipped with job expertise and well-rounded knowledge, the incoming employee education of KEPCO E&C is conducted in total of 6 stages, which begins from job entrance education to member unification education, common computer education and OJT education, field trips, computer education, and technology education, and takes about 5 months.
