KEPCO E&C has designed over 60 units of Combined Heat & Power Plants(CHP) and Combined Cycle Power Plants(CCPP). KEPCO E&C was the main contractor, and performed all the services independently from the basic plan to the test operation. We have also performed overseas projects including owner’s technological support service of combined cycle power plants (600MW x 2) in Ilijan, the Philippines, designing electrical parts of combined cycle power plant in Fujairah, UAE, AFAM VI combined cycle power plant in Nigeria, and combined cycle power plant in Benghazi and Misurata, Libya.
KEPCO E&C is showing high competitiveness in the engineering of combined cycle and combined heat & power plant, knowhow in process and project management techniques, innovative construction duration reduction (after beginning the design, transmission is possible within 21 months).
