Signing of Agreement to Dispatch Technical Personnel with Sargent & Lundy in the US

KEPCO E&C signed an agreement with US-based Sargent & Lundy (S&L) for technical personnel support on July 12.
Attending the signing ceremony included Jin Tae-eun, Executive Vice President of KEPCO E&C and Thomas Beringer, Head of S&L Overseas Nuclear Business Division.
With the signing of the Agreement, KEPCO E&C will dispatch nuclear reactor design personnel to S&L annually until July 2022.
The purpose of the Agreement is to train professionals to expand KEPCO E&C’s global capability according to the CEO’s management philosophy to innovate and grow KEPCO E&C into a global leading company. KEPCO E&C plans to gradually expand the field and targets of the personnel dispatch through continuous discussions between the two companies.
Beginning with the signing of this Agreement to dispatch technical personnel, KEPCO E&C plans to expand its global capability by continuously dispatching its employees to leading overseas companies and to lay a foundation to enter the overseas nuclear consulting business.
