KEPCO E&C acquired the Outstanding Institution in Fair Recruitment certificate from KMR on December 20, 2018.

The Outstanding Institution in Fair Recruitment certificate is given to public institutions and enterprises that exclude biases in recruiting and operate a fair recruitment process centered on job competency.

KMR introduced the certification for the first time this year, and 11 public institutions including KEPCO E&C received the certificate after the document screening and site survey.

KEPCO E&C passed nine evaluation items and 59 specific items in three sections of the recruitment system, hiring process, and hiring outcomes according to the judging criteria that conform to the Guidebook by the Ministry of Personnel Management.

The certification is significant in that it is the objective recognition of KEPCO E&C’s fair recruitment system.

KEPCO E&C plans to continue in striving to establish fair employment culture based on equal opportunities and fair competition.
