KEPCO E&C invited 70 or so students of Gumi Electronic Technical High School on August 2 for a company tour.

The event was planned to train future human talents to prepare for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and promote interchange with the local community for mutual growth.

The tour included programs such as watching the company promotional video, dialog with alumni, and ethics learning from history.

“It was a short but very meaningful period since I was able to relate my experience, which could help them in the future,” said Choi Nu-ri, a junior member of the Nuclear Machinery Technology Group.

According to Lee In-ho, the teacher who led the students, they saw vividly how what they are learning now plays various roles in the industrial sites, and they were amazed and made a new commitment to the future. He expressed gratitude to KEPCO E&C for inviting his students and providing such meaningful experience.

KEPCO E&C plans to continue various collaborative cooperation programs for the local communities to improve communication and partnership.
