KEPCO E&C held the “Customized Technical Training of Vendors in Design for the Second Half of 2017” on December 13- 4.

The program, in which more than 60 employees of 17 vendors of KEPCO E&C participated, featured a customized technical training curriculum designed to enhance the design competency of vendors.

The training program was composed of 28 sessions in 7 subjects, including nuclear, machanical, and plant design, as well as ethics and integrity.

Experts in each subject gave a lecture, and the outstanding instructors were awarded to ensure that the quality of the training remains high.

KEPCO E&C plans to develop and offer more training programs to help the vendors improve their technical capabilities and project qualities.

Moreover, KEPCO E&C surveyed the participants in the training program for any shortcomings and gathered their opinions with a view to reflecting them in future training programs and increasing the benefits of the training.
