KEPCO E&C held the “2017 Specialized Education Program for Technical Maturity and Advancement” at its Human Resources Development Center from December 11, 2017 to January 9, 2018.

The program, which consisted of 69 subjects and 178 hours of classes and lasted for 14 days, targeted technical and R&D professionals with 5-10 years’ experience at KEPCO E&C.

The principal objective of the specialized education program is to help experienced technical professionals to obtain the skill set required to autonomously carry out technical tasks by understanding cases of problems in their respective fields and improving their troubleshooting ability for each type of recurrent situation.

KEPCO E&C expects the program will help its experienced employees to increase their business efficiency as well as their understanding of their chosen field of specialization by exchanging opinions and information with the experts.

In addition, it hopes that by improving the participants’ autonomous problem-solving capabilities, the course will also enhance their expertise in their specialized fields.
