From November 13 to November 18, KEPCO E&C representatives performed overseas volunteer work in Vietnam. 20 KEPCO E&C employees and 8 Red Cross employees participated in this trip.

The participants visited kindergartens and elementary schools in the Binh Dinh Province of Vietnam and made improvements to school drinking water facilities, repaired pavement tile, installed roofs over bicycle racks, and repainted the exercise field walls and class room building walls.

In addition, the volunteer team cooked lunch for 500 children and donated school supplies, children’s clothes, and 50 other goods including TVs and cabinets.

As overseas businesses have become more significant, KEPCO E&C has been carrying out volunteer work in foreign countries to fulfill its social responsibilities, beginning with the Philippines in 2014.
