Four KEPCO Group Companies Sign Mutual Cooperation Agreement

KEPCO E&C and three other KEPCO Group companies – KEPCO NF, KEPCO KDN and KEPCO KPS – have signed a mutual cooperation agreement for the mutual growth of KEPCO Group companies.

The mission of this agreement is to increase the efficiency of policies regarding the mutual growth of the companies through cooperation among KEPCO Group companies, create a synergy effect, and fulfill the necessary social  responsibilities as public institutions.

In addition, the main content of the agreement focuses on the four companies recognizing the importance of mutual growth and their aspirations to propel mutually the collective growth of the companies through cooperation between businesses.

According to the agreement, the four companies will mutually cooperate to pioneer new markets, human resources and strengthen market competitiveness. Thus, following the proposal to promote the mutual growth of the businesses, the four companies will establish a promotional committee to strengthen the implementation of cooperative joint businesses.

KEPCO E&C CEO Koo-woun Park, KEPCO NF CEO Jae-hee Lee, KEPCO KPS CEO Yeu-Geun Choi and KEPCO KDN CEO Soo-Kyeong Im expressed hope that the mutual agreement – which was signed to promote the mutual growth of the power companies – will become the pivot point for power companies to implement and follow the mutual growth program later and promised active cooperation among the four companies.
