KEPCO E&C’s Code of Ethical Conduct has been newly established in 2013, and is being operated for the sake of practicing integrity ethical management for employees and partners.
Code of Ethical Conduct for the Employees
The Code of Ethical Conduct for the employees states the behavioral standards that employees must observe in order to prevent corruption and create clean public service climate. This Code of Ethics is mainly about fair duty performance, prohibition of receiving unfair profits, transparency in information and financial management, creating a sound organizational climate, and actions to take in case of violation.
Code of Ethical Conduct for Partners
The Code of Ethical Conduct for Partners states KEPCO E&C’s behavioral standards that must be observed in order to prevent corruption and create transparent corporate culture. This Code of Ethical Conduct is mainly about ethical/social standards for the fair duty performance and actions to take in case of violation in order to strengthen the effectiveness of integrity contract obligation of Partners in the Partner operating procedure, prevent corruption, and realize a transparent organizational culture.
